My Penang Homestay is located at Bukit Jambul, Penang. Our 3 storeys air-cond landed house consists of 8 rooms and can cater for 16 - 18 person. This ad is for double room at ground floor.

It is strategically located:

1) 10 minutes drive to Queensbay Mall, Penang International airport, USM & Penang Bridge
2) 7 minutes drive to Sungai Nibong Terminal Bus
3) 5 minutes drive to nearby night market (every Monday & Friday) and Politeknik Balik Pulau
4) 3 minutes drive to PISA stadium
5) 2 minutes driver to food court
6) 1 minute drive to nearby bank / convenience shop / hawker stalls / mechanic

Ground floor house facilities:

- Air cond and ceiling fan living hall with sofa set and 32" LED TV

- Check in: 2 pm
- Check out: 12 pm
- Additional add in single mattress can be arranged for RM15
